In the ever-chic South Beach, there was a lack of casual dining options for the locals.  Sushi Garage is designed as an intimate restaurant any diner can feel comfortable in, and to return regularly.  Balancing high cuisine sushi with a beach-casual but designed atmosphere, the scheme emphasizes natural materials, fresh plants and of course, seafood.  The team came together after success in other restaurants and is catering to an existing fan base.
