The first speculative home by South African star architects SAOTA was developed by Brodson Construction to the highest standards, pushing an already booming market to new levels of luxury.

Highly integrated lighting serves the flamboyant modernist architecture, enhancing the lines of the building from the ceilings and cantilevers through to the private waterslide. Lighting of retractable screens is designed to permit views to the waterway beyond while preventing sight through from the public.

Enhancing the experience of the building are layers of light emphasizing the water features, landscape and extensive art program.

With dynamic lighting and programming permitting uses from a private retreat through to an exuberant entertaining home, the project serves the Miami lifestyle.
