The interior life gently illuminates the courtyard and area towards the pool, whilst absolutely minimal exterior lighting creates sufficient placemaking to ground the home in its context.  The minimal values far improve on the ambitions of Pitkin County in managing exterior lighting and achieving dark sky performance, indeed, the home is a model of efficiency overall.
